Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in product or program management.

Experience in SQL and utilizing data pipelines to measure and analyze system performance.

Responsibilities

Transition YouTube Marketing to an AI-first mindset, replacing legacy workflows with generative AI, automated creative engines, and intelligent targeting.

Build, deploy, and iterate on “vibe-coded” AI prototypes and custom scripts to solve immediate marketing challenges with minimal oversight.

Bridge technical gaps across Product, Engineering, and Marketing, seamlessly transitioning agile prototypes into scalable, enterprise-grade production systems.

Design a flexible, future-proof marketing technology stack that integrates advanced ML capabilities and adapts quickly to evolving tools.
