The WW Selling Partner Services Central FP&A team seeks a Business Analyst to operate across the breadth of activities we own and drive innovation as we elevate these functions. Our team supports the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of 45,000+ Headcount across the business, associated annual Operating Expenses of ~$2B. You will also support the IMR Program Lead, for SPS Tech Infrastructure OpEx and drive automation projects and AI-scalable tooling to enhance controllership and efficiency.

Champion the team’s journey to becoming AI Native by identifying, piloting, and scaling AI and machine learning capabilities into everyday FP&A workflows
Design and deploy AI-enabled tooling to automate recurring financial workflows (e.g., IMR reporting, HC/OpEx monthly and planning reports, GRC controls, and variance analysis)
Leverage Python and vibe coding to build, iterate, and deploy data pipelines, dashboards, and analysis tools across HC, OpEx, and IMR spend
Create compelling data visualizations and reporting frameworks to communicate headcount forecasts, operational expense analyses, and IMR insights to leadership

About the team
We are the Central FP&A team for WW Selling Partner Services with a focus on SPS OpEx. Our team provides strategic support to senior leadership and business partners through SPS-wide HC & OpEx planning, analysis, reporting, and Internal Market Rate (IMR) OpEx. We act as the go-to source for centralized reporting, and partner with senior leaders across SPS and broader Stores Org. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering , analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field
3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
