You’ll work AI-first, move fast, and own your work completely. No hand-holding. No spec documents that go 12 revisions deep. You get a problem, you build a solution, you ship it. If something breaks, you fix it. If something could be better, you say so and make it better.

We don’t manage builders. We find them and get out of their way.

What you’ll do:
Ship fast — apps, automations, tools, integrations. Polished, not perfect.
Work AI-first. Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, Replit — whatever closes the gap fastest.
Own it end-to-end. Architecture, build, deploy. No handoffs.
Communicate async. Updates in writing, no check-in calls.
What it takes:
A graveyard of shipped work — apps, tools, automations. Links required.
Real full-stack chops — frontend, backend, APIs, databases. You know when to vibe code and when to actually engineer it.
Fluent with AI coding tools: Cursor, Copilot, Bolt, Lovable, or equivalent.
Right tool for the job — full-stack, no-code, low-code. You don’t have a religion about it.
You move without being pushed. Deadlines are self-imposed.
