TL;DR: We’re building AI-powered GTM systems from scratch — you’ll design and ship the agents, automations, and workflows that help Lovable win deals, onboard customers faster, and scale. What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a AI-obsessed builder, who will help redefine how our GTM team markets, sells, and support customers by building tightly-orchestrated agents, AI powered workflows, and automations. As a GTM Engineer, you’ll turn cutting-edge LLM capabilities into repeatable systems that help us win deals, onboard customers faster, and scale our go-to-market motion intelligently.
BS/MS/MEng in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field
Genuinely obsessed with AI and deep understanding of the LLM stack: you follow model releases, have strong opinions on RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embedding strategies
Deep experience with vibecoding tools, especially Lovable
Hands-on experience building orchestrated, self-improving agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for scripting, data transformation, and API integrations
Deep experience building agentic workflow automations in n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, Clay, and/or HubSpot
CRM experience a plus, including object architecture, deal management, reporting, workflows, and integrations
Understanding of GTM motions and the customer journey
Ability to design clear system logic and build tools that teams love to use
What you’ll do
Work side-by-side with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate business needs into technical solutions. Turn ambiguous business problems into clear system designs, experiments, and implementation plans.
Design agents, agentic automations, and apps in Lovable, that improve segmentation, routing, outreach and personalization, and deliver overall GTM efficiency.
Prototype and ship rapid GTM experiments that test new channels, workflows, messaging, and data-driven tactics.
Partner with the team to build a powerful data and knowledge layer on which to build powerful agents.
Connect GTM tools and agents into one cohesive stack—and evolve that stack as we scale.
