In this role, you will shape the future of collaboration by designing AI-native features that enhance how teams and intelligent systems interact. Accountabilities
Use code as a primary design tool to explore ideas and system behaviors.
Rapidly prototype concepts using AI-native tools and ‘vibe coding’.
Define agent behaviors and interactions within workflows.
Collaborate with engineering to evolve prototypes into implementations.
Create models for human and multi-agent collaboration.
Design platform-level components and primitives for AI.
Translate complex system behaviors into usable experiences.

Requirements
10+ years of product design experience.
