Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations & Automation Manager to join our Marketplace Compliance team in Europe. This role is focused on driving productivity improvement through automation and AI. The candidate will own the transformation of operations by leveraging BI, automation tools, and AI agents to eliminate manual work, scale productivity, and improve quality.

This includes working with BI teams on data analysis, dashboard consolidation, and automation, while also directly building and deploying AI-driven solutions (e.g., Kiro, AI agents) to streamline workflows and reduce operational overhead.

The role requires strong data skills (Excel), a hands-on approach to AI automation, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable, tech-driven solutions.

Key job responsibilities

Analyze existing dashboards, processes, and reporting; define clear data and automation requirements for BI and AI-driven solutions.

Own the roadmap to simplify, consolidate, and automate all data and operational workflows across the operations team, including:

Replacing Excel-based processes with scalable, automated dashboard solutions

Eliminating manual file handling through end-to-end automation

Redesigning processes to minimize human input and maximize accuracy and speed

Build and deploy AI automation solutions directly using vibe coding tools such as Kiro and AI agents to remove repetitive tasks and increase productivity per headcount.

Act as the bridge between operations and technology, identifying high-impact automation opportunities and rapidly implementing solutions.

Handle high-priority ad hoc data and automation needs when BI capacity is constrained, ensuring continuity and speed of execution.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level

Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)

Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks

Knowledge of how to use AWS to deploy an AI application

Have experience building automation projects using vibe coding tools

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent
