We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
Business: CTO Platforms
Principal responsibilities
Design and build core AI components of the Document Intelligent/agentic workflow to support the enterprise AI use cases. Can work independently on the enterprise Document Intelligence AI Platform, covering complex document parsing, layout restoration, key information extraction, semantic reasoning, and LLM-based document automation.
Deeply understand real-world pain points of financial and enterprise complex document processing, and design scalable, production-grade AI solutions for various document scenarios.
Lead the design, optimization, and industrialization of LLM workflow and agentic workflow orchestration, including task decomposition, multi-step reasoning, tool calling, and automated business process arrangement.
Drive end-to-end implementation of advanced Prompt Engineering, Few-shot/CoT prompting, RAG knowledge base system, and multi-agent collaboration mechanisms.
Conduct AI web service coding, API integration, and system docking; build low-code AI application delivery capabilities for rapid business iteration.
Establish complete AI Harness Engineering system, including model evaluation criteria, version management, gray release, performance tuning, cost control, and online stability governance.
Continuously explore innovative AI technologies, complete POC verification, and iterate platform capabilities with long-term scalability and reusability as the core goal.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of Python proficiency and solid experience in backend development, component encapsulation, and platform-level module design.
In-depth understanding of mainstream commercial and open-source LLMs, clear cognition of model capabilities, limitations, hallucination risks, and production environment constraints.
Rich practical experience in Prompt Engineering, structured prompting, agent/skills buildup and knowledge base construction.
Solid research and practical experience in LLM workflow design and agentic workflow orchestration, capable of designing automated, executable AI task pipelines for complex business logic.
Familiar with AI vibe coding and service development, able to independently complete AI service deployment and system integration.
Mature AI harness engineering capabilities, able to build standardized evaluation, iteration, and release mechanisms for AI platform products.
