Primary Responsibilities:
Lead complex customer solutioning initiatives
Drive architecture and reusable solution patterns
Mentor AI Solution Leads
Collaborate with Productization and Delivery organizations
Shape AI-native operating standards
Drive strategic healthcare AI opportunities
Own strategic pipeline visibility and opportunity governance for Solution Engineering
Partner with GTM leadership on strategic pursuits and account planning
Drive prioritization of high-value opportunities and resource alignment
Provide executive-level technical engagement for strategic customer accounts
Identify market trends and emerging healthcare AI opportunities

Required Qualifications:
Solid customer-facing experience
Experience leading AI transformation initiatives
Deep AI engineering and architecture expertise
Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and vibe code hands-on using AI-native engineering workflows
Proven leadership in technical solutioning
Proven solid executive communication capability
Proven solid product and design sensibility with an eye for customer-centric experiences
Proven solid taste for high-quality solution experiences, demos, and user journeys
