Job Description
Own product initiatives end‑to‑end : discovery, definition, execution, launch, and iteration
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Sales, and Customer Success
Define success metrics, analyze data, investigate issues, and drive product decisions
Build scalable workflows and systems with a decision‑intelligence mindset
Identify and apply AI / GenAI use cases to analytics and product experiences
Influence stakeholders and leadership through clarity, data, and strong product thinking
Core Product Experience
4–6+ years of experience as a Product Manager (B2B SaaS preferred)
Proven track record of shipping impactful products
Experience working with data teams, data pipelines, and analytics systems
Hands‑on experience using SQL and working directly with data
Familiarity with BI / analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong ability to: Define and track product metrics, investigate problems using data, Drive decisions grounded in insights
Builder Mindset & Product Craft
Experience working in 0→1 or highly ambiguous environments
Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and execution skills
Demonstrated builder mindset: Built and shipped at least one side project (preferably AI or analytics‑focused), Comfortable with rapid prototyping / vibe coding using AI tools
Strong interest or hands‑on exposure to AI/ML or GenAI‑powered products
Understanding of AI use cases in analytics and emerging LLM patterns
Ability to think beyond features toward systems, automation, and workflows
Excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership
