Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in product design or UX.

Experience designing for Developer tools.

Experience with Prototyping for experimental UX concepts and interactions with AI.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

15 years of experience in product design or UX.

7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

6 years of experience leading design projects.

5 years of experience working with executive leaders.

Experience with vibe coding and visualize, test and iterate AI interactions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $237,000-$329,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Influence stakeholders across organizations to gain support for design strategies.
