Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of design experience in product design or UX design for a consumer-facing product.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

Lead projects focused on new product ideas and opportunities within AI Mode.

Use the latest vibe coding tools to power design and prototyping process.

Design user journeys on Google Search and AI Mode.

Work with cross-functional partners to create principles, system instructions, and auto-raters that govern AI experiences.
