The Role: Defining the AI-Assisted Interface
Infoblox is seeking a design leader to transform complex internal workflows into streamlined, high-performance digital experiences. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire user-centered design process, from initial discovery to high-fidelity prototyping. You’ll be working within the Office of the CIO to ensure that the tools powering a global security leader are as intuitive as they are powerful.
Leading the Vibe Coding Frontier
What sets this position apart is the direct collaboration with engineering teams utilizing AI-assisted ‘vibe coding’ workflows. You will be responsible for creating the UX patterns and guardrails that allow AI-generated front-ends to remain on-brand and accessible. By reviewing and refining AI-produced interfaces, you will ensure that rapid development never comes at the cost of user experience or WCAG compliance.
Your Background and Growth
We are looking for a veteran designer with over 8 years of experience in enterprise systems and a deep mastery of Figma. You should be comfortable navigating data-heavy environments and translating technical requirements into simple user journeys.
