Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with interaction design in product design or UX design.
Experience creating interactive prototypes and user journeys.

Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

As a UX Designer for Google Workspace Monetization, you’ll deliver premium products and AI value. You will design a variety of Product-Led Growth (PLG) journeys, ranging from product discovery through account signup, onboarding, and ongoing product engagement. You’ll work on accelerating user conversion by designing promotional offers, improving the user experience, and clearly communicating the value of upgrading subscriptions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Own and deliver business-generating Workspace subscription experiences, ranging from initial acquisition and sign-up to long-term customer presence.
Advocate for UX frameworks that ensure scalability and drive a positive impact on Workspace customer conversion and business.
Build and maintain relationships with user researchers, content strategists, and cross-functional partners to create unified solutions to evolve experiment roadmaps.
Navigate technical constraints and platform limitations with problem-solving, and ensure designs are both innovative and feasible.
Work in a fast-moving environment, prioritize, manage workloads, pivot toward emerging business opportunities, and meet accelerated project timelines.
