Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.

Experience in software development and developing web-based applications.

Preferred qualifications:

Joining a multi-disciplinary UX team, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create industry-leading products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Drive the creation of innovative and engaging AI prototypes, guiding them through a changing development lifecycle from exploration to a compelling proof of concept (PoC).

Design and build thoughtful, novel AI interactions that translate the subtle nuances of human collaboration into sensitive and reliable technical solutions.

Serve as a key connector between UX design, research, and software engineering, working iteratively with internal and external partners to bridge the gap between human needs and technology.

Stay at the forefront of the latest AI capabilities and lead by example in the use of AI enabled design and coding tools.

Support the project’s narrative by preparing technical documentation and demos that inspire Google leadership and external partners.
