As an L&T Visual Designer, you’ll drive multiple workstreams with a high level of autonomy. Responsibilities
Drive ideation through your work and your taste, creative direction and communication skills through high fidelity work or prototypes influences the team’s strategy at large.
Lead the design, communication, and implementation of your assigned area wherein you are a close partner to engineering and advocates for quality and accuracy.
Partner with key User Experience (UX) and Product Manager (PM) stakeholders during feature development phases, actively participating in workshops and sprints when necessary.
Manage the Android Pixel Design system on Laptops and Tablets (L&T) and the proper use of common tokens, components and patterns, serving as a large screen and desktop guidelines advocate while participating in the elaboration of these guidelines with your peers and Developer Experience (DevEx).
Deliver prototypes using Figma or vibe coding, including basic animation specifications supported by our motion designers.
