About Your Next Role
HTC is seeking a Software Engineer ing Lead , Backend Architect who is both a technical authority and an active contributor.
The Software Engineer ing Lead , Backend Architect at DeepQ delivers scalable, maintainable, and high -performance backend architecture across on -premises systems, hybrid clouds, and edge computing environments. The ideal candidate will lead the transition into AI -native infrastructure.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Architect reliable, scalable services with a “Security by Design” and “Privacy First” mindset.
Lead 5+ team members to design system architecture, conduct technical innovation , and provide mentorship.
Collaborate with PM, UX, FE, and QA to orchestrate complex feature delivery.
Architect server -side components for high -concurrency and low -latency performance (analyzing bottlenecks).
Ensure scalability for ten million+ user scale, incorporating Event -Driven Architecture.
Integrate and cooperate with medical domain experts to build RAG (Retrieval -Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Conduct rigorous Code Reviews and guarantee high software testing coverage (Unit/Integration/E2E).
Maintain strong Hands -On coding abilities to prototype core modules.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, EE, or related departments.
Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong depth in backend development, including frontend experience.
Leadership: Experience leading a group of technical colleagues or feature teams.
Languages: Deep expertise in one of Go / Python / Node.js.
API Frameworks: Strong experience with one of the high -performance frameworks (e.g., Gin, FastAPI, gRPC).
Databases: Mastery of SQL/NoSQL and Vector Databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/pgvector, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch).
Architecture: Familiar with Microservices, Event Sourcing, and Domain -Driven Design (DDD).
Version Control: Expert in Git and trunk -based development workflows.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and a proactive, ownership -driven attitude.
AI Coding: Experience for AI -assisted coding (e.g., SDD, Vibe Coding, GitHub, and Copilot).
Proven track record of commercializing products . Strong understanding of healthcare domain requirements and compliance standards, including HIPAA and GDPR.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Abilities)
Experience in Platform Engineering practices.
Familiar with major cloud providers: GCP / AWS / Azure and Hybrid deployments.
Familiar with the Kubernetes ecosystem (e.g., K8s, Helm, Skaffold).
Proficient in IaC tools (e.g., Terraform / Ansible).
Proficient in modern CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
Experience developing LLM -powered applications (e.g., LangChain, n8n, OpenClaw).
Experience handling high -throughput traffic (C10K/C100K problems).
Knowledge of hospital IT standards (FHIR, HL7, DICOM).
