As a Technical Support Engineer on the escalation team, you’ll be the bridge between these innovative creators and the core engineering team. This isn’t a typical support role; you are helping pioneer a world where ‘vibe coding’ is the primary way software is generated.
What You’ll Do
Your mission is to troubleshoot complex integration and front-end issues within an AI-driven environment. You’ll dive into React codebases, investigate API behavior using Postman, and monitor system health via Datadog. Because the platform itself is built for prompt-based creation, your ability to understand how AI interprets user intent will be a primary asset in resolving high-level escalations.
Technical & Vibe Requirements
