What you’ll build

Creating rollout material, including PowerPoint presentations, demos, and videos with the use of AI

Maintaining SAP customer and partner community page

Conducting testing and aligning with stakeholders

Supporting in user research, including organizing and evaluating interviews

Reviewing and analyzing customer feedback

Owning smaller projects (e.g., SharePoint setup, document management, etc.)

Handling customer requests on product-related inquiries

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Management, IT Management, or a related course of study

Computer skills: Vibe Coding Skill, basic AI knowledge, MS Office

Language skills: fluent in German & English

Soft skills: proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and take on new challenges, strong team player, ability to understand technical topics and convey them in a structured way

Others: good understanding in software architecture and experience in one of the programming language is a plus

Working from Walldorf office is required

The mission of SAP Cloud ERP Foundation Product Management team is to drive and grow SAP’s core business as a market leader. We are responsible for defining product scenarios based on market and target customer needs and translating them into consumable product requirements for engineering teams.

We work together with our engineering, user research and other Product Management teams’ cross organization, as well as with our customers and partners on continuously improving our SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition product. Product Management is the voice of the legitimate challenges customers face, evangelizing an outcome-based product vision and roadmap that truly solves customer pain points by creating products that delight, yet serve the needs of SAP.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
