About the Role

Loop is building an AI ops team that will own key automation and intelligence systems as the company builds and scales them across its customer base. It is disrupting traditional operations with AI-powered workflows that create 100x leverage for users, turning operators into analysts.

Responsibilities include close partnership with engineering and product teams, internal rollout of new systems and products, and driving adoption across Loop’s user base.

This role requires a deep understanding of Loop’s systems and their users, both internal and external, along with the ability to translate complex technical work to everyday users and solve problems relentlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate Loop’s ability to deliver net new product surface for global brands by deeply understanding how it drives customer outcomes
  • Embed with customer, product, and operations teams at some of the largest companies in the world to deliver increased customer value
  • Partner with AI engineers to deploy systems and products that automate workflows, reduce manual work, and delight customers and users
  • Demonstrate a deeply substantive execution skill set, knowledge of Loop’s product offering, and how it solves customer pain points
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal customer-facing stakeholders, ensuring that Loop stays focused on delivering value for them

About You

  • You have a college degree with a quantitative background in analytics, finance, economics, STEM, or a similar field
  • You balance an eagerness to learn with the ability to execute and enjoy solving tough problems
  • You have 1+ years of work experience in technology, data analysis, or other technical and quantitative fields
  • You’re a team player and excited about the opportunity to be an early employee at a fast-paced, fast-growing company
  • This is an in-person role based in Chicago, New York, or San Francisco with the expectation to be in the office
  • Bonus points if you have advanced Excel skills and SQL, Python, other programming skills, or experience vibe coding and building automations
