Position Overview:

We’re looking for a technically-skilled, entrepreneurial Product Management Intern to join our team for the summer. In this role, you’ll work directly with our product teams to help shape the future of our products through a hands-on approach to product development. You’ll drive innovation, analyze user requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design to build impactful features. We’re looking for curious, ambitious problem-solvers who can combine technical knowledge with product thinking to create exceptional user experiences. If you’re passionate about technology and eager to shape how users interact with products, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: 

Ship working prototypes that board directors and governance professionals can test and provide feedback on 

Experiment with AI agents to streamline internal product processes (PRD reviews, customer insight synthesis, technical research) 

Explore automation opportunities across the Boards product suite 

Work independently while collaborating with PM and engineering mentors 

Required Experience/Skills: 

Computer Science or Product Management student with hands-on experience using AI tools to build (vibe coding, cursor, agentic workflows, etc.) 

Strong customer empathy and problem solving skills

Demonstrated interest in product development through coursework, side projects, or previous internships

Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently, but know when to ask for help
