Job Description
We are looking for a student (m/f/diverse) in our Global Sales Office from September 2026 for at least 6 months at our location in Lindau (Germany).
Analyze global sales and business data using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to develop interactive dashboards, reports, and management presentations
Support data-driven decision-making through regular and ad-hoc analyses for sales planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within Global Sales Office processes and support the development of automation concepts
Leverage Microsoft 365 tools, Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-based solutions to explore innovative approaches for improving business processes
Explore innovative approaches such as AI agents and “Vibe Coding” to improve business processes within company policy framework
Coordinate planning, organization, and follow-up of global sales meetings, including preparation of materials and documentation of key outcomes
Qualifications
You are wondering whether you are a good fit for the Mandatory Internship – Global Sales Office? Here are some key qualifications, we are looking for:
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following or related fields: Business Intelligence, or Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science, Digital Business Management or Economics or a similar field of study
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Power BI and data visualization
First experience with data analysis and reporting concepts
Ability to work with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, or internal tools preferrable
Fluent english language skills (written and spoken) are absolutely essential for us
In addition to these technical qualificatons, we are also looking for certain characteristics and abilities:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and structured working style
Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI technologies
