Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise AI Roadmap: Own and prioritize an AI-powered roadmap tailored to business applications across Sales (CPQ/Lead-to-Cash), Licensing/Entitlements, Finance (Revenue/Billing), Support (Agent Efficiency/TSE workflows), Customer Success (Retention/Adoption), or BI & Data Analytics.
Cross-Functional Workflow Automation: Partner with business leaders to identify manual bottlenecks and apply AI/Agentic workflows to streamline critical enterprise journeys (e.g., Quote-to-Cash, License Provisioning, Financial Reconciliation, Ticket Deflection, Health Scoring, and Data-Driven Insights).
Implementation Prototyping: Use AI-native tools (Cursor, Lovable, low-code platforms) to build and iterate on functional prototypes (“vibe-coding”) that validate how AI agents interact with standard and proprietary enterprise APIs before handing off to Engineering.
Operational Standards & Trust: Define ‘Error Budgets’, accuracy guardrails, and compliance standards for AI outputs within business-critical systems, ensuring data privacy, financial integrity, brand voice, and system governance.
Golden Set & Telemetry Curation: Create and version-control “Golden Sets”—definitive datasets derived from internal enterprise data, logs, financial records, and customer telemetry—to grade AI model performance in real-world business scenarios.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience in Product Management for Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Data/BI Architecture.
Mandatory hands-on experience building functional prototypes, code snippets, or mock UIs using generative AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms.
Expertise in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing high-quality user stories.
Proven experience conducting ‘Voice of Customer’ interviews and customer discovery in complex B2B environments.
Technical Literacy: Mandatory hands-on experience using GenAI tools (vibe-coding) to turn prompts into functional prototypes in a constrained environment, using that artifact to validate requirements and reduce ambiguity for Engineering.
AI Application: Deep understanding of LLM mechanics and constraints (context windows, hallucinations, RAG architectures, Agentic workflows) specifically as they relate to enterprise business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Platform Mastery: Experience with Salesforce AI (Einstein), Workday Extend, SAP BTP, Gainsight, or cloud data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau/PowerBI).
Domain Expertise: Proven track record of delivering high-impact features within one or more core enterprise domains:
Sales & Revenue Ops: Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Lead-to-Cash, Partner Ecosystems.
Licensing & Entitlements: Software provisioning, entitlement management, usage tracking.
Finance & ERP: SAP, Workday Financials, Billing, Revenue Recognition.
Customer Support: Salesforce Service Cloud, Case Routing, Agentic Support workflows.
Customer Success: Gainsight, Onboarding, Retention, Customer Health frameworks.
Business Intelligence & Data: Data warehousing (Snowflake, Databricks), BI visualization, Data Pipeline Governance.
Enterprise Transformation: Track record of driving large-scale digital transformations across Lead-to-Cash, Hire-to-Retire, or Telemetry-to-Insight lifecycles.
Analytical & “Maker” Mindset: A portfolio or background demonstrating AI used to orchestrate functional enterprise business solutions, automate workflows, or generate automated business intelligence.
