We’re transforming our platform into an AI-first, Agent-driven experience, and UX is leading the shift. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape intelligent workflows, redefine user–agent interaction models, and influence product strategy for solutions used globally by data-driven organizations.

This is a role for designers who want ownership, complexity, and real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas (Problem → Jobs to be Done → Research & Design Patterns → Journey → AI → Wireframes → Prototype).

• Design next-generation Agentic interactions: guided automations, suggestions, intervention patterns, and trust signals.

• Build sophisticated prototypes (Figma, Vibe-coding tools, or code-based) to validate concepts quickly with users.

• Run user studies and synthesize insights to influence product and engineering decisions.

• Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, and architects to define strategy and success metrics.

• Mentor mid-level designers and elevate the overall design craft.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• 5+ years in product/UX design with multiple shipped products (enterprise/B2B, AI, data, or cloud experience preferred).

• Portfolio showing clear design process, depth of thinking, measurable impact, and system-level problem solving.

• Strong research literacy (qual + quant) and experience translating insights into product direction.

• Ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and drive consensus across teams.

• Comfort with data & technical domains, SQL, cloud platforms, or complex workflows.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing for AI-driven or Agent-based product features.

• Ability to build coded or semi-coded prototypes (HTML/CSS/JS).

• Experience contributing to a scalable design system.
