About the Role
This is a full-cycle recruiting role at a small, fast-moving AI/ML startup where every hire meaningfully shapes the company. You’ll own talent acquisition end-to-end across technical and GTM functions, working directly alongside founders to bring in exceptional engineers and go-to-market leaders.
What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, product, and GTM roles.

Build and optimize recruiting operations and tooling, automating workflows wherever possible.

Partner with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.

Develop a strong understanding of a technical AI product to pitch and engage candidates credibly.

Source top candidates through high-signal and unconventional channels.

Screen candidates for both technical competence and product/market intuition, using portfolios and projects alongside resumes.

Support new hire onboarding and ramp.

Help define and run performance review processes, leveling, and feedback systems.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter owning both technical (engineering, product) and GTM hiring.

Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts well enough to credibly screen engineering and product candidates.

Experience working in an early-stage startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Track record of building and optimizing recruiting ops, including workflow automation.

Strong instincts for talent quality and experience evaluating non-traditional candidate profiles.

Creative sourcing strategies and comfort working with high-signal, unconventional pipelines.

Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay.

Experience with AI-assisted workflow automation or “vibe coding” to streamline recruiting processes.

Exposure to or ownership of People Operations functions (e.g., onboarding, performance reviews, leveling).
