What you’ll do

Customer meetings are the heart of what we do. You’ll drive preparation for executive and customer engagements, including briefings, presentations, and talk tracks. You will participate in customer, partner, and internal meetings, helping ensure strong alignment, clear follow-up, and effective execution by capturing and owning follow-up actions.

This role provides a unique opportunity to attain a broad view across customers, regions, and solutions. Remaining aligned with global and regional stakeholders prepares you to deliver clear status updates and insights on strategic customers for executive audiences. By analyzing customer activity and trends to generate insights and recommendations, you will be able to further develop and refine the Customer Office operating model and ways of working.

Where you’ll belong

The Procurement Customer Office leads executive customer engagement for the GM and CPO for Procurement & External Workforce. The team is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and advancing strategic customer and partner interactions, including sales engagements, transformation initiatives, governance forums, product task forces, and customer events. The team works closely with the Chief of Staff organization, Product and Engineering leadership, and key stakeholders across Product Success, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales. Joining this team means working at the center of strategic customer engagement while helping shape how SAP builds trusted relationships with its most important customers.
