Primary Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development:
Build and enhance scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot), React.js, and AWS
Integrate AI-driven components such as smart search, personalized recommendations, and conversational interfaces
Optimize application performance, security, and reliability

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user experiences
Continuously experiment with AI-assisted workflows to improve development velocity and code quality
Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and agile ceremonies
Mentor peers on best practices for AI-assisted development
Work within Scrum or Kanban frameworks, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value
Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git to manage work and documentation
Embrace a test-driven development (TDD) and shift-left testing mindset to ensure quality from the start
AI Builder Responsibilities:
Use GenAI tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini AI) to ideate, prototype, and implement features efficiently
Apply Vibe coding techniques to maintain clean, expressive, and AI-augmented codebases
Develop internal tools and scripts using AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity
Stay current with emerging GenAI trends, tools, and ethical considerations

Required Qualifications:
Fulltime graduation degree
7+ years of experience in full stack development with Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
Solid experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.)
Proven experience using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini AI
Experience working in Agile teams with a solid understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and AI-enhanced development workflows
