The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design of next-generation AI creativity and learning tools, utilizing “vibe coding” and rapid prototyping to establish new design systems and interaction models across the organization.

Separate major design initiatives that set industry best practices, influencing high-level decision-making and shaping long-term product roadmaps through breakthrough visionary solutions.

Partner with cross-functional teams and external experts to transform emerging AI research into tangible product surfaces and functional prototypes.

Integrate insights and “deep listening” exercises with practitioner communities to ensure product features are grounded in real-world needs and deliver measurable impact.

Operate across multiple product areas, often adopting a Product Manager (PM) mindset to drive projects from initial concept to shipped prototypes that influence business strategy.
