Responsibilities

Accelerate your designs with AI-first methodologies (e.g. vibe coding functional prototypes), allowing leadership and cross-functional partners to stress-test concepts and evaluate non-deterministic interactions in real-time.

Lead design strategy and critical projects for Vids, defining how generative video and recording journeys integrate into a cohesive tool that users adopt as a habit.

Translate open-ended, ambiguous problems, such as “video-native collaboration” or “narrative-driven AI generation” into tractable roadmaps for engineering and product teams.

Partner with Product and Engineering leads to define core features, ensuring that technical capabilities (e.g. video models) are consistently productized for user-centered needs.

Set and maintain a high bar for design and product excellence by eliminating “UX papercuts” and driving systemic improvements to our user experience.
