Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Business Applications (Hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite)
Overview:
This role leads the application of AI across Weedmaps’ enterprise systems, combining product ownership with hands-on experimentation to transform how business processes operate. The individual will prototype, validate, and scale AI-driven solutions across Salesforce, SAP, and other platforms, focusing on automating complex workflows and improving data consistency. Success in this role requires both strategic judgment and technical fluency—using AI-native tools to rapidly test ideas and drive clarity for engineering teams. This role is a critical bridge between emerging AI capabilities and real-world business impact.
The impact you’ll make:
Enterprise AI Roadmap: Own a roadmap that prioritizes AI-powered enhancements specifically for SaaS Ecosystems (Salesforce, SAP, Namely) and internal business process automation
Workflow Integration: Partner with business units to identify manual bottlenecks in Finance, HR, and Sales applying AI to automate complex Order-to-Cash processes, etc.
Implementation Prototyping: Use AI-native tools (Cursor, Replit) to build and iterate on functional prototypes that validate how AI agents interact with standard and proprietary enterprise APIs
Operational Standards: Define ‘Error Budgets’ and accuracy standards for AI outputs within business-critical systems, ensuring brand voice and data integrity are maintained
Golden Set Curation: Create and version-control “Golden Sets”—definitive datasets derived from our internal enterprise data—to grade AI performance in real-world business scenarios
What you’ve accomplished:
Experience: Staff level: 8+ years; Principal level: 12+ years of experience in Product Management for Enterprise Applications or Business Systems Analyst
Domain Expertise: Proven track record of delivering high-impact features within SFDC, SAP, or Namely ecosystems
Technical Literacy: Mandatory hands-on experience using GenAI tools (vibe-coding) to turn prompts into small prototypes in a constrained environment, then use that artifact to validate requirements and reduce ambiguity for Engineering
AI Application: Understanding of LLM constraints (context windows, hallucinations) specifically as they relate to integrating RAG implementations into functional business workflows
Platform Mastery: Deep experience with Salesforce AI (Einstein) or Namely
Business Transformation: Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation and revenue operations
The base pay range for this position is $177,441 – $193,800 per year
